Installation Steps:
Note: The provided fixings are tailored for solid walls. For plasterboard or stud walls, specialized fixings may be required (not included). Exercise caution when drilling to avoid potential interference with concealed wires or pipes.
Drill Holes in the WallBegin by identifying and marking the desired position on the wall for your sink. Using a 14 mm masonry drill bit, carefully drill two holes to a depth of 75 mm.
Insert Wall Plugs
Gently push a wall plug into each drilled hole. These plugs will serve as anchors for the fixing bolts.
Using an 8 mm spanner, screw a fixing bolt into each wall plug until the spanner contacts the wall. This ensures a tight and secure fit.
With the fixing bolts in place, position the basin against the wall, aligning the bolts with the holes in the rear of the basin.
Slide a plastic washer followed by a metal washer onto each fixing bolt. Then, carefully screw a metal nut onto each fixing bolt to secure the basin in place. Exercise caution here and avoid over-tightening to prevent any damage to the ceramic.
By following these meticulous steps and employing the right tools, you'll successfully achieve a professionally installed wall mount bathroom sink. This not only enhances the aesthetics of your space but also ensures a functional and durable fixture for years to come.
